Privacy
How we handle your information.
NEQI collects the minimum needed to keep you informed and to organise pilot testing. This page explains exactly what that means.
What we collect
- Waitlist form: your name, email address, city if you provide it, the role you select, and any message you write.
- Tester application: your name, email address, city, and optionally your phone number, household size, laundry habits and notes.
- Contact form: your name, email address, organization if you provide it, the inquiry type and your message.
Why we collect it
- To contact you about the progress of NEQI.
- To organise the pilot testing group and select a representative set of households.
- To reply to inquiries from laboratories, suppliers, packaging companies, investors and press.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information.
- We do not share it with third parties for marketing.
- We do not collect payment details, since nothing is on sale.
- We do not ask for identity documents or any sensitive personal data.
Where it is stored
- Submissions are stored in a Supabase Postgres database used only by NEQI. Access is limited to the project team through a server-side key that is never exposed in the browser.
How long we keep it
- We keep submissions for as long as the project needs them to run the waitlist and the pilot. You can ask us to delete your record at any time.
Your choices
- Write to us to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will action deletion requests without asking for a reason.
